We may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, language, time zone, referral information, and approximate general location when available. This helps us operate and protect the site and understand how customers find us.
Referral Information and Your Choices
We may record how you reached the site, such as a referral source or marketing campaign. With applicable consent, we may remember the first source for about 90 days. If you decline optional storage, longer-term attribution storage is not used, although limited session-level information may still be used during your current visit.

Photos and Scheduling
If you upload photos with an Estimate Request, we use them to evaluate the requested work and provide or plan the service. We may use a scheduling service to check appointment availability.

We may use service providers for website hosting and infrastructure, business email and communications, scheduling, and technical or security support. Information associated with an Estimate Request may also be included in business notification emails.
Data Retention
Where applicable, IP addresses are kept in protected business systems for about 30 days. Consented first-touch attribution is kept for about 90 days. We keep Estimate Requests, photos, and other business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. Copies in business email may remain until deleted under the email account’s normal retention practices.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect customer information and restrict access to business information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices

Essential site operation, Estimate submission, and security measures remain available if optional storage is declined. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify a request.
